Annual Audit Due June 1

All churches are required to complete an audit (Fund Balance Report) every year. The deadline to submit the audit to the district office is June 1. The audit should cover dates from January 1, 2021 - December 31,2021.
With the closing of the Ozarks District Office, we are encouraging you to get this in as soon as possible. It will help us to prepare files for the transition to your new District.
You can email the completed form to the District Office, fax it to 417-869-1920 or mail it to the office.
